Sealed Orders · Effective October 17, 2026
Sealed Orders is a turn-based tactics game. It has no ads, no analytics, and no tracking, and it never asks for your name, email address, contacts, or location.
Battles against the CPU
Battles against the CPU are saved only on your device. Nothing about them is sent to us.
Online battles
The first time you play online, the game creates an anonymous player on our server. To run your battles, the server stores:
- A player number, a random secret token that signs your device in, and a randomly generated name such as "Bold Heron 42". You can't choose or change the name, and it isn't linked to who you are.
- Your online battles: the armies, every order given, and the result. Your opponent sees the battles you play with them.
- If you allow notifications on iPhone or iPad, the push token Apple gives the app, so we can tell you when it's your turn. We send these alerts through the Apple Push Notification service.
- The text of those turn alerts, kept for 7 days so the Android app can check for them.
We use this data only to run the game. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or combine it with data from anywhere else.
Hosting
The server runs on Railway. Like any web host, Railway may keep standard request logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the service secure and running.
Keeping and deleting data
Battle records stay on the server so they remain in your list of battles. To delete your player and all of your battles, email support@playsealedorders.com with your player name, shown at the top of the battle list. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device.
Children
Sealed Orders doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
